Yeah really, those people must suck. I bet at one time they had a beautiful orchid that soon died after being brought inside for winter. Lack of sun-facing windows can cause that. Of course, this is all just speculation.
I am sure there is a story like that.
However, for what it's worth, and taking into consideration that I stare at this scene every single day, I really like how this photo turned out.
I really liked it when I looked outside so had to go outside to shoot it. It was this or drunken bar shots.
